Rí Rá offers beer aplenty, with more than 100 brews from around the world, along with a selection of 130 varieties of whisky, Scotch and bourbon. Constructed from a pub meticulously restored in Ireland then shipped to Las Vegas, almost every inch of the five bar areas are decorated with Irish bric-a-brac and salvaged materials. Adding to this pub’s authenticity is the Irish charm that exudes from its servers, with all but a few hailing from the Emerald Isle. Irish fare includes whiskey and garlic mussels (imported from Ireland), Irish potato cakes served with savory sour cream and balsamic glaze, lamb-based shepherd’s pie, fish ‘n’ chips made with Irish haddock, and filet mignon wrapped with smoked bacon and topped with Guinness glazed prawns. A traditional all-day Irish breakfast consists of two eggs, Irish sausages and rashers (ham), blood pudding, grilled tomato and sautéed mushroom. Finish with the whiskey blueberry crumble---Irish whiskey tinged sweet blueberries with a baked butter crumble topped with ice cream.
