Rick's Cafe Restaurant Review: Rick’s Café, a Chagrin Falls fixture that is more dressed-up diner than dressed-down bistro, serves up everything from chili to burgers. Patrons can select from nearly a half-dozen half-pound patty combinations --- ranging from horseradish, jalapeño and cheddar sauce to salsa, jalapeño and sour cream --- all of which are grilled over an open flame. Included with each sandwich is a mound of hot-from-the-oil, fresh-cut, skin-on crispy fries. Barbecue ribs, available in either half or full slabs, are another of Rick’s specialties. The by-the-glass wine list is of good quality; the same goes for the beer selection. Patrons will find jazz and blues acts on weekend nights. |
