THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Risotto Restaurant Review:
This cheerful and inviting eatery filled the spot of Spumante, a local Valley favorite for years. A friendly owner and staff go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable in the intimate dining room where tables are dressed in crisp white linen and fresh flowers. There's also a lovely enclosed patio. As one might imagine, the menu includes a variety of risotto dishes, and risotto is the predictable starch accompanying many entrées. Salads are fresh and colorful, pastas reliable and main courses include strip steak in brandy sauce, veal with golden raisins, mushrooms and Gorgonzola in red wine sauce, and nicely prepared fish.
