Ristorante Da Vinci Restaurant Review: The seasonal Italian menu at this downtown restaurant includes a starter of spinach and fennel salad with blood oranges. If you are dining next to one of the natural fireplaces in this refurbished Victorian home, it will taste all the better. Then dive into a porcini-flavoured risotto with mushrooms and black truffles, crab ravioli or ricotta gnocchi with tomato sauce and pancetta. Filet mignon is accompanied by a red wine reduction sauce while the breaded veal chop is stuffed with ham, Fontina and mozzarella. The upper floor offers a private lounge that seats 40. The chef will design a customized menu for special events. |
