Robin's Restaurant Restaurant Review: One of the first area restaurants to offer truly seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, Robin’s has also always celebrated all corners of the globe in its adventurous but well-executed dishes. Though the salmon bisque and the chow stir-fry are perennial favorites, we’ve also enjoyed everything from Singapore chicken satay to pork sopes, Moroccan duck breast, flat-iron steak, Malaysian chicken and wild mushroom lasagna. Desserts are seasonal as well: flan with raspberries, basil ice cream, or a wintertime chocolate torte. Robin’s explores diverse flavors in its Sunday brunch and monthly themed prix-fixe dinners, too, such as Cinco de Mayo, St. Patrick’s Day and an all-vegan meal. The wine list is notable for a restaurant of this size, with unique by-the-glass options to match the eclectic menu.
