Robin's Restaurant Restaurant Review

: Robin’s brought farm-to-table cuisine to the plate long before it became cliché, and it still avidly celebrates seasonal cooking with a global influence. One might encounter a beet salad with arugula and Point Reyes blue cheese, house-smoked local king salmon, and the delicately rich slipper tail lobster enchiladas. Monthly themed prix-fixe dinners run the gamut from Vietnamese to vegan to Cinco de Mayo, and the restaurant’s welcoming ambience means it’s a good destination for Sunday brunch. The dessert line-up always offers a chocolate option, but we like treats such as the Mandarin sorbet. The wine list is notable for a place of this size, with unique by-the-glass selections to match the eclectic menu.

With a yoga-retreat vibe, Namaste spirit, and a self-proclaimed focus on authentic, sustainable and wholesome food, Robin's Restaurant is worth checking out if you’re in Cambria. While the menu is creative, with something for every taste, the food is hit and miss with some tasty items and some disappointing.
