It isn't a stretch to call Rosamunde Sausage Grill a San Francisco classic. There's lots of pork (spicy and smoked) plus gourmet additions such as duck with figs and brandy, lamb with Moroccan spices and chicken with cherries. Don't miss the weisswurst --- juicy and tender, plumped with veal and scented with onions and leeks. All sausages are served on a roll and can be dolled up with grilled onions, sweet or hot peppers, chili or 'kraut. Potato salad or some potato chips make for simple sides.
