| Rose's offers a casual Italian take on breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch. Homemade Italian breads are a success, especially the strawberry-black currant focaccia. The breakfast pizza is a favorite, a thin blistered-crust torte topped with ham, cheddar and eggs. Sandwiches entice at lunch, including the grilled chicken with roasted tomatoes and aïoli, and the steak with blue cheese, radicchio and roasted onion. The fresh salads are also good; try the goat cheese with arugula and tapenade bruschetta. The heated sidewalk patio provides a nice respite and European appeal. |
