There are a few other items on the menu, but the be-all and end-all here is lobster by the pound (or ton, it seems, from the size of the huge ones on display in their seen-everywhere advertising around town.) Melted butter, huge claws and high prices for the tuxedoed service that is more than a little self-important, but the lobsters are very, very good and very, very big. Work out in advance for all that shell-cracking and dig right in.
