Ru San's Japanese Sushi & Seafood Restaurant Review: If you consider yourself a sushi connoisseur, you won’t have any revelations here, but the huge menu offers plenty of pleasant diversions such as the Rock & Roll with eel and avocado. All the nigiri-maki-tempura standards are available; if you can't find the menu listing, just ask your server, though you'll likely wait a while if you're dining with a large group. The kitchen offers up several Pacific Rim-inspired entrées, plus noodle dishes, soups and an extensive yakitori menu. The lunch buffet is a particular treat at a good value. The dessert list is short and includes some sweet “sushi” rolls as well as bananas Foster. Wine, beer and saké are offered, but none is beyond standard. |
