Rudy's Cafe Restaurant Review: Filled with stuffed parrots and oodles of cacti, Rudy’s walks the Tex-Mex walk. So it's no surprise that it talks the talk too, tequila-soaked and taco-manic. Does it deliver? Sometimes. There are more authentic joints around---and the ear-splitting noise level can sometimes induce a pre-hangover migraine. But let’s just say that the combination platters go down easy after a few smooth (yet exceptionally sweet) margaritas, and the price is definitely right. |
