Ruth's Chris Steak House Restaurant Review: A chain restaurant with the flavor of an independently owned operation, this upscale steakhouse offers Prime Midwestern beef that draws crowds. While the petite filet is always a winner, we also recommend the lamb chops. Sides are ample enough for sharing, especially the potatoes Lyonnaise, baby spinach and tempura-style onion rings. The experience is not complete without indulging in the Louisiana-style bread pudding with whiskey sauce and an after-dinner brandy.
