Ruth's Chris Steak House Restaurant Review: New York strip, filet mignon, porterhouse and rib-eye arrive properly prepared and served on a sizzling platter with or without butter at this Ruth’s Chris, a more stylish branch than its Maui sister location. Non-steak specialties include lobster, lamb chops and fresh local fish like ahi and opakapaka. Ruth's Chris is surprisingly vegetarian-friendly, offering sides of creamed spinach, Maui onion rings, fresh broccoli, asparagus with hollandaise and potatoes au gratin. For dessert, target the caramelized banana cream pie though close seconds are the chocolate sin cake and crème brûlée. The wine list is quite well-thought-out and location-specific, and there are all manner of martinis and single-malt Scotches.
