With only 28 seats, Anthony Susi's wonderful little North Ender defines the word “cozy”---or it spells “cramped,” depending on who you ask. Susi’s a whiz with starch, turning out feathery gnocchi, perfect risotto and myriad pasta creations like buttery, basil-scented veal-spinach fazoletti. But he’s also known for his way with game, particularly rabbit. He’s fanatical about freshness, and thus his menu changes often---sometimes weekly. Yet when it comes to quality, consistency is Sage’s middle name.
