Salvador Molly's Restaurant Review: While the menu at Salvador Molly's spans the globe, the emphasis is on spicy flavors typical of warmer climes. Décor is also roadside tropical, and a Latin beat pulsates through the air. Upon arrival, you'll be offered a bowl of peanuts; feel free to toss the shells on the floor. Dishes range from a Savannah shrimp sandwich to jerk barbecue, fish tacos and South Indian fare such as shrimp curry and dosas. There's a mean jambalaya, too. Children will enjoy the party-time atmosphere and the “more interesting than usual” kids’ menu that always includes jungle animal cookies. The restaurant’s biggest claim to fame is the Great Balls of Fire, doughy habanero cheese fritters that explode with heat. If you eat all five in an order, expect to have your picture taken for the "Hall of Flame." With all the heat, the drink to order is definitely a margarita, but a full bar offers everything else. Expect long waits on weekends.
