| Brothers Daniele and Ambrogio Florio were born in Naples, Italy, and spent time with family along the Amalfi coast. In this small trattoria, the duo have established a reputation for quality and fair prices. Portions are large, so diners may have food left over to take home. Pastas are made in house and topped with straightforward sauces, such as bolognese. At lunch, panini and smaller pizze are the draws. And don't pass up dessert, especially if the torta di nonna happens to be grandmother's limoncello cake. The Italian wine list is short but smart, and you can get Peroni on draft, a fine companion to the pizze. The brothers believe that simple is best, so the pizze don't drown in sauce or cheese. |
