Sarento's Top of the I Restaurant Review: Sarento's offers a refined setting along with striking views and attentive service from its perch 30 floors above the city, ocean and shoreline. Chef Ryan Bunyi creates a menu that includes an array of Italian dishes that include osso buco, veal scaloppine and fresh fish selections such as pan-roasted opakapaka. Carpaccio del giorno (salmon, filet mignon), house-made pappardelle bolognese, lobster ravioli, and kiawe-smoked pork chop dressed with onion jam and balsamic mustard round out the menu. An extensive wine list, with an emphasis on Italian bottles, of course, nicely complements the cuisine.
