Sassafras Restaurant Review: Sassafras is an old-timer on Tin Ceiling Row. The interior’s overhead panels create a nineteenth-century ambience while the dark wooden bar sets the tone of the room. Dimly lit tables near the fireplace provide one of the most romantic spots in town for interesting pub grub. A selection of single malts and burgers, including bison and ostrich versions, make Sassafras feel like your father's neighborhood bar, only better. Another option is the lollipop lamb chops in a spicy Mongolian sauce. |
