Located in an unexpected, industrial-laden part of Santa Ana, this restaurant offers traditional steakhouse cuisine in a comfortably modern, earth-toned setting. Co-chefs Richard Myatt and Matthew Solomon collaborate on a seasonal menu that melds classic steak, chop and seafood fare with progressive items like foie gras crème brûlée. As the name suggests, the venue is home to an ever-expanding Scotch collection, along with various craft cocktails.
