 Seagar's ambience pays homage to the classic supper clubs of yore, places where swells and their gals swilled martinis, devoured steak and lobster and finished the evening with brandy and cigars. Although located in a Florida resort hotel, the dining room has the dark-paneled feel of a sophisticated urban restaurant. Prime beef is the main menu attraction, but Dover sole and butter-drenched lobster make appearances as well. For a splurge, there's an appetizer course of caviar with all the trappings (including iced vodka) and tableside-prepared bananas Foster for dessert. The wine list features more than 600 labels. After dinner, guests can retire to the quiet piano lounge.
