Seasons Restaurant Review: This serene restaurant manages to maintain a harmonious balance between classic and contemporary. Elegant and intimate, it offers well-spaced tables and lovely views of the gardens. The ingredients used in the cuisine are always of high quality and are prepared to bring out the intense natural flavors. Daily breakfast dishes (brunch is offered on Sundays) range from the Georgetowner (eggs; potato, asparagus or tomato; bacon, sausage or ham; and a choice of breads) and organic multi-grain pancakes with blueberry coulis to the “Innovative” black truffle skillet. Lunch, available on Saturdays, brings appetizers and salads, entrées and sandwiches, and desserts.
