At lunchtime, the two-story Sesto Senso, with its dark-wood bar, mustard-yellow walls and balcony, could be practically any downtown restaurant that caters to the business crowd. In the evenings, the atmosphere is quite different. The crowd is younger and more casually dressed, and after 11 p.m. on weekends, Sesto Senso becomes a nightclub, a lively part of the downtown singles scene. During serving times, you can enjoy chef Fabio Beggiato’s rustic Italian cooking: sophisticated pasta dishes, creamless soups and creamy risottos, long-cooked stews and braised meats.
