Seven Hens Restaurant Review: Chef Michael Gurevich prepares chicken schnitzel with flavors from six different cuisines; the seventh option is a "create your own" version. The breaded cutlets are fried and sliced dramatically with a mezzaluna as the customer watches, and then the schnitzel is either wrapped or done as a sandwich. The chicken is from a local producer, and a local bakery turns out breads fresh daily for the restaurant. Vegetarian (tofu), dark meat and grilled chicken options are offered as well. |
