THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Seven Hens Restaurant Review:
From Israel, chef Michael Gurevich brings to Atlanta an alternative to pork-based schnitzels by making them with chicken as is done in his homeland. So he prepares chicken schnitzel with flavors from six different cuisines; the seventh option is a "create your own" version. Breaded cutlets are fried and sliced dramatically with a mezzaluna as the customer watches, and then the schnitzel is either wrapped or done as a sandwich. The chicken is from a local producer, and an area bakery turns out breads fresh daily for the restaurant. Vegetarian (tofu), dark meat and grilled chicken options are offered as well. Whichever flavor you get, don't miss the Mexican corn on the cob, grilled and slathered with mayonnaise.
