THIS RESTAURANT IS NOW A PRIVATE EVENT SPACE Seventeen Seventeen Restaurant Review:
A wisteria tree centers the terrace surrounded by the U-shaped dining room which overlooks the museum courtyard. A menu inspired by chef Stephan Pyles and executed by Jason Ferraro includes dishes such as a tamarind-cured beef tenderloin with farmstead cheeses, micro greens, spiced Marcona almonds and macerated summer fruits. Art touches all aspects of the museum; most menu items emulate the DMA's exhibits in appearance, texture or meaning. Note: The restaurant is only open for weekday lunch or special occasions.
