Shorty's Restaurant Review: Shorty’s is a blast from the past in neighborhoods where newness is the norm. This mecca for carnivores is teeming with mouthwatering American specialties that this family has been doing right since 1951: baby-back ribs and chicken, tender and saucy, plus barbecue sandwiches that beat out any south of Kansas City.
