Primarily a meat palace reserved for Dolphins football fans, this particular Shula's, located in a resort hotel, has a softer side---and a kids' menu.

Shula's Steak House Restaurant Review

: Gargantuan steaks served in a plush, clubby atmosphere make Don (Miami Dolphins) Shula's the quintessential steakhouse. A cart bearing uncooked cuts---and usually the biggest live Maine lobster in the house---is promptly rolled over to each table to familiarize just-seated customers with the menu choices. The cart, in fact, is the menu, you soon learn. Sides and salads are suggested orally. So even before Sip One of your Bloody Mary, your order is in. Though dapper dudes in dark suits still seem to have an edge, at least at dinner, this resort-driven restaurant has softened its approach during daylight hours. Women sipping Sauvignon Blanc are no longer a novelty in the ultra-chilled lounge. Greg MacDaniel, executive chef for the entire property, has even added a Healthy Happy Kids Menu based on kids' favorite foods such as chicken burgers and spaghetti and meatballs but cooked with low-fat, low-carb and/or low-calorie ingredients, proving that the restaurant is no longer only a bastion for the Atkins executive.
