Sila Thai Cuisine Restaurant Review: Replacing an Indian restaurant, Sila Thai joins the growing ranks of Virginia Thai restaurants. Among satisfying choices are a crispy duck entrée and the chef’s papaya salad with its nicely balanced sweet-hot dressing. We also recommend the terrific fried tofu. Not so good: the ginger shrimp, which seems more Cantonese than Thai. |
