: Once a full-scale restaurant, this eatery morphed into a lounge and hasn’t looked back. But this doesn’t mean you can’t get good eats from the kitchen. Patricia Williams cooks up the dishes that complement the complex libations. Panko-crusted avocado fries are as addictive as they sound. A small mountain of fried (but non-greasy) calamari goes nicely with beer while the Buffalo-chicken lollipops are both tender and tasty. The big burger, topped with a fat slice of cheddar, does not disappoint either. The low-lit, dark-hued atmosphere, complete with wicked-looking tree-branch-like chandeliers, might inspire another round of drinks.
