| Smokey Bones BBQ is a combination of sports bar and barbecue restaurant, and while the mix might sound odd, it seems to work. You'll never miss a sports event, with TVs placed throughout the restaurant. You even get your own groovy tableside control to deliver the audio from your choice of TV monitors to your table. Create-your-own platters of barbecue can include smoked wings, a quarter chicken, pulled pork, smoked sausage, or smoked brisket. The fire stix appetizer can feed an entire table with a mound of fries covered in melted cheese, chipotle mayo, barbecue glaze and bacon, and the massive smokehouse burger---with barbecued onions, peppered bacon, cheese and crisp onion straws---is big enough to share. For dessert, try the bag of donuts. These gems are cooked to order and are a great way to top off your meal. |
