| No longer a tropical-themed restaurant, Sol is now more of a California casual restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. Breakfast is an American affair with classic egg and pancake dishes, along with some Mexican favorites like huevos rancheros. At lunch, try the burgers, soups, salads, pastas, sandwiches and pizzas. The dinner menu does not change much except for a few more hearty entrées like an Australian rack of lamb, grilled salmon and a daily surf ‘n’ turf selection. The brunch on Sundays is an all-you-can-eat buffet with stations for omelets, carved meats, salads, cheeses and sushi. |
