 Spago Restaurant Review: Spago is warm, lively and open, with a spectacular ocean view that is difficult to improve upon. Chef Cameron Lewark employs local produce, fish and meats, crafting a creative menu of contemporary California cuisine with an emphasis on Pacific Rim flavors. The menu changes daily depending on the freshest seasonal items, but expect seafood dishes with flair. The miso-sesame ahi cones are a must. If you are feeling truly adventurous, call ahead and ask chef Lewark to cook whatever he likes that day---you will not be disappointed. |
