The seafood station features king crab legs, salmon in mushroom-soy sauce and crab-stuffed sole. The Italian station offers pastas and pizzas. The Mexican section displays traditional south-of-the-border favorites; Asian winners include shrimp pad thai and kung pao chicken. We like the Middle Eastern fare --- skewered tandoori chicken and lamb, basmati rice with raisins and almonds and vegetables with couscous --- plus assorted dried fruit.
