The Spinnaker Restaurant Review: First, come here for the views. The Sausalito restaurant is built right out on a pier in San Francisco Bay, so any seat in the house is terrific. The menu of California cuisine and seafood is also large enough to offer something for everyone, and a full bar features classic cocktails, which go well with the food. Lunch fare is slightly lighter---more salads and sandwiches, not so many buttery sauces---but it’s expensive by comparison to most lunch menus. But you’re paying for topnotch service, decent ingredients and that amazing view. |
