THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Chef-owner David Britton, who is also sous chef to Robert Irvine on Food TV's Dinner Impossible, has created a classy bistro centered around the freshest ingredients available. A practitioner of using locally harvested ingredients, Britton's menus change daily based upon what's available each day. Dishes may include a torchon of Hudson Valley foie gras with sweet and sour cherries; braised short ribs with steak mignon, horseradish mashed potatoes, charred red onions and burgundy essence; or Atlantic salmon with lemon mashed potatoes, spinach sauté and intense beet jus. If you're not all that hungry, a tapas menu is usually available as well.
