The Squeeze Inn Restaurant Review: Having begun as a hole-in-the-wall burger joint, The Squeeze Inn has kept its name despite an expansion to several new locations. The food is still the same, however, and locals still flock here for one main reason: the infamous cheese "skirt" --- a halo of excess goo that oozes over the edge of the burger and sears on the grill to a golden brown. The setting isn't as quirky as the original, but it still attracts patrons at lunchtime for simple burgers and fries, the latter fresh-cut with the skin on. One bite of the Squeeze with Cheese and you’ll never want a fast-food chain burger again. Other options are also available, including a teriyaki steak sandwich, BLT and steak or chicken taco.
