When lingering, we like to begin with the blushing pomegranate cocktail and an appetizer of crispy Gulf oysters with a vibrant salsa verde. Or start with the spinach salad tossed with Combozola cheese, Yukon gold potatoes and warm bacon vinaigrette. Entrées shine with creativity. One may find halibut with grapefruit and caramelized shallots, as well as a grilled Niman Ranch pork rib-eye with cider-scented butternut squash purée.
