| If you take the mandate seriously about singing for your supper, you will get a kick out of Stars, where the waitstaff, not the patrons, do all the warbling. Indeed, you may find your very own waiter bursting into song and serenading each table. But as the evening passes, you’ll appreciate the divertissement and find that all the fuss only enhances your meal. Of course, the food is the other reason people come to Stars, which offers an eclectic menu with a strong emphasis on Mediterranean dishes. Starters include mussels in a white wine tomato sauce and hummus with pita. As for entrées, you can go big time with the aged beef tenderloin, or opt for ravioli with broccoli rabe and portobellos. If available, check out the mango parfait for dessert. |
