| This seaside spot has one of the best views in the county, an upbeat staff and a comfortable bar with premium beer on tap, but we don’t envy having to meet the demands of a clientele ranging from old-time locals to fish ‘n’ chips-lovin’ tourists to demanding foodies. Still, the menu seems to have found a bit more focus of late, serving up better than expected cioppino, an interesting shrimp scampi with a light blue cheese sauce, and wisely turning to the resources of its sister restaurant---F. McLintock’s---for burger and steak basics. Desserts include the expected crème brûlée, bread pudding and cheesecake, but you also have the option of house-made sorbet. |
