Not only vegetarian but also a wine bar, STOA caters to meat-eschewing South Bay oenophiles with an upscale menu of seasonal fare. Choices ranging from a cauliflower risotto with mascarpone cheese to striped English pea tortelloni in Meyer lemon cream sauce are sure to tempt as are desserts such as buttermilk beignets with cardamom sugar and lemon curd or a double chocolate cake.
