The Stockpot Broiler Restaurant Review

: The Stockpot Broiler is an old-fashioned sort of place, befitting the many family parties and banquets held there. While the traffic-clogged road adjoining the massive Washington Square Mall nearby is not relaxing, the overstuffed chairs, white tablecloths, and back view of the lush Red Tail Golf Course will transport you beyond the suburban morass. The menu offers predictable Pacific Northwest choices such as crab cakes, steak and prime rib, as well as some global favorites: Yucatan chicken, fish tacos, coconut almond prawns, beef stroganoff and paella. The wine list features an interesting selection of dessert wines. There's a hearty happy hour menu, too, which is perfect for apr├Ęs-golf festivities. Consider stopping in for Sunday brunch, which features an array of omelets, eggs Benedicts, pancakes, burgers, and even a seafood salad, along with an all-you-can-eat fruit and pastry bar. Servers are professional.
