Chef/restaurateur Michael Mina has brought a branch of his steakhouse StripSteak in Waikiki to the International Market Place. Signature dishes, like the lobster pie, have been tweaked to highlight local ingredients such as Hamakua mushrooms and Kona lobster. Cuts of meat range from a 6 oz. American filet mignon to a 40 oz. Australian tomahawk.
