| Sudwerk is modeled after the traditional German brewpub---quality food and beer served up in a lively setting. The menu, however, is mostly American, with a few German dishes thrown in. Entrées are what can be expected at a brewpub: burgers, pizza, ribs, fish ‘n’ chips and the like. A handful of dishes are a notch above, including a traditional schnitzel and grilled sausage plate. But the main draw is the beer, which includes märzen, hefeweizen and pilsner. True aficionados can try a five-beer sampler or sign up for a private brewery tour. Come on a Saturday during summer for live music on the patio. |
