 Summer Winter is known for its specialty greenhouse that provides fresh herbs and vegetables year round. The dining room is decorated with stainless steel, warm wood, smoked glass and rough stone. Seafood, and especially shellfish, comprise a large portion of the menu, and entrées include fried trout with scallions and Maine lobster with macaroni and cheese. Those seeking lighter fare can choose from a variety of options at the oyster bar.
