Sushi Axiom Restaurant Review: This trendy Japanese fusion restaurant has branched out from its original Henderson Avenue location to Fort Worth. Now cowtown patrons can sample the selection of hot and cold sakés, including the ginjo and junmai. Starters include spicy tuna and crab nachos. The signature Axiom roll holds fresh salmon, avocado and crab and is topped with tuna wasabi cream, and “dancing” beef presents tender beef in a sweet sauce. Cool off your wasabi tongue with a dish of green tea or vanilla tempura ice cream. A spacious dining area and comfortable booths round out the enjoyable, kicked-back atmosphere. |
