| This Korean-owned eatery turns out respectable sushi in a smart-looking narrow room with blond wood tables and wainscoting beneath contemporary light fixtures. The sushi is generously portioned, sometimes, in fact, cut too large to be manageable. In addition to the expected teriyaki and tempura, some specialty items like ceviche and salmon in cream sauce with caviar are worth exploring. We especially enjoy the plate of seared bluefin sashimi topped with crispy onions and mustard sauce. If only they would resurface the long Formica sushi bar, whose imperfections are magnified under trendy blue pendant lighting. |
