| With energetic music, modern décor, a smart saké list and sushi creations that push the limits, it's no wonder getting a table takes a while at night. The 911 roll kicks spicy tuna up a notch with its use of fiery sriracha sauce. We like the unique Barrio roll, which fuses Latin flavors like cilantro and Serrano chile with tuna. Appetizers include the coco-Korean short ribs with kimchi and sweet mashed potatoes, while Mongolian beef steak with red and green chilies will please carnivores. Vegetarians have many options, such as the wok vegetables; the Green Room roll with asparagus, sprouts, cucumber and avocado; and the Rainbow Warrior with tofu, cucumbers, avocado and lots of grilled veggies piled on top. |
