Reflecting a modern Japanese style, Sushi Roku's dÃ©cor, featuring dark wood, bamboo, chiseled stone and cascading water, is enhanced by views of the Strip from the dining room, tatami room and the bar-lounge. The menu features traditional sushi and creative maki (spicy Canadian rock shrimp with asparagus or toro with jalapeÃ±o) made from fresh fish flown in daily. The omakase menu allows the chef to guide you through the best tastes of the day. Among imaginative starters are tuna sashimi carpaccio with sesame-soy and garlic chips and yellowtail sashimi seared in sizzling oil with a splash of ponzu and diced chilies. Seafood lovers will enjoy the Chilean sea bass in yuzu butter as an appetizer and the pan-fried spicy shrimp with crunchy potato chips. Complementing the cuisine is an array of sakÃ©s, unique martinis and specialty cocktails, often made with the in-house infused vodkas. Among refreshing sweet finales is green tea tempura ice cream.
