THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Sushisay Restaurant Review:
Sushi connoisseurs flock to Sushisay for what many consider the most authentic finds in town. The streamlined dining room is bright and minimal with blond wood accents that add to the Japanese atmosphere. You wont find tempura or teriyaki. The focus is on raw and marinated dishes, which allows the Tokyo-trained chefs to devote their full attention to creating fresh and eclectic preparations like vegetable hand rolls of radish sprout or burdock. If its available, try the salmon roe over grated Japanese white radish or the yellowtail with scallion and wasabi. Given the emphasis on quality, youd probably never guess that Sushisay is part of a 38-restaurant Tokyo chain.
