SusieCakes Restaurant Review:

The name says it, but it doesn’t say it all. Cake is a big part of the SusieCakes selection, but so are pie, pastry, cheesecake and cookies, all of which are baked on site. Regular favorites include the intense, six-layer, "old-fashioned" chocolate cake, but seasonal specialties are also worth a try. Cakes come by the slice, whole, or can be custom ordered up to three tiers. There is usually one creamy and one seasonal fruit filled pie. Susie’s take on a whoopie pie is an enormous chocolate version. Individual "sweetie cakes," hand pies, seven layer bars, brownies and cookies provide smaller options than the massive cake slices, which can easily feed two or more. Water, tea, coffee and milk wash it all down.
