Chef Kermit Griffin has cooked for several high-end places and personalities. The best bets on his menu are the ribs, which are juicy and meaty. His other smoked meats, especially the pulled pork, are also very good. For a fiery take on barbecue, ask for some of Kermit's Killer Sauce. On the other hand, you could simply order a smoked chicken sandwich and a plate of the barbecue nachos; although slated as an appetizer, the portion is robust enough for a full meal. Sides include sweet potato fries and a topnotch kale salad.
