| It’s a plus that this salad-bar restaurant is situated in Dupont Circle, right next door to the Sunday farmers market, where the owners pick up their salad fixings. The idea here is simple and green: the menu features several salad specials created by the young owners (all graduates of DC’s Georgetown University), including the standout guacamole greens salad topped with grilled chicken and a wedge of freshly baked bread.
